Fall colors, smiles, and........tasty leaves???

I love the yellow leaves that one of our trees in front of our house produces in the fall! Every fall I look forward to taking the first fall leaf pictures in them!

Eli on the move

Eli has mastered his crawling skills! Once in a while I will catch him crawling on his hands and feet and he loves to get up on his hands and feet and look between his legs......so cute!!!! I haven't caught a picture of him doing that yet, but I will post it as soon as I do.....hopefully! :) He has also gotten pretty good at pulling himself up to stand while holding on to something or someone! He is getting so big so fast!!!

Greenbluff with Grandma Poo.......still catching up!

I think it was the first Friday in October when we went to Greenbluff........we usually go twice, once with the kids' Grandma Poo and another time with my parents, but this year we only went once. The kids picked out their little pumpkins and picked some yummy apples. It was one of the first cold days we had......I really didn't realize how cold it would be up there, so I wasn't very prepared.....my poor kids only had on one long sleeve layer. We had fun though! Kambria and her cousin Audrianna got to ride the wiggly Caterpillar, they sat toward the back so they got whipped around pretty good, they loved it!

From Blond to Bernete.....what do you think????!!!

With the way my hair is, I can' t do a lot of different hair cuts to it.......so why not color it to make it different! I hadn't really decided until a couple friends who also went from blond to bernete talked me into trying it!.....It was peer pressure I tell ya!!!! :) My cousin Rachel who is my awesome hair stylist, wasn't sure about the whole idea when I first mentioned it to her, but she was willing to try it as long as I agreed to let her color it. By the way, this was done on Oct. 2nd.....since I am trying to catch up! Here you go....the Before and After.......

PIZZA!!!!!!!!!

Every Friday night is our pizza night. Thanks to my Mom's friend who gives us free crusts from her boyfriend's restaurant; we make them homemade every week! They are so yummy! We got some little crusts so I thought it would be fun for Kambria and my nephew Kaden to make their own! They had fun! And it always tastes better to kids when they help or make the food themselves!

Valley Fest

The last couple years we have gone to Valley Fest and it is always a lot of fun for the kids! They have so many things for them to do and best of all everything is free except for the food. Kambria was so sad when she missed seeing Clifford at the fair, so she finally go to catch up with him here! She was so excited! Here is a turtle stepping on my foot inside the petting zoo......good thing the weight of it's shell wasn't on just the one leg!

We went to the Coeur d'Alene Casino for their yummy seafood buffet and stayed the night in the hotel so we could go swimming too!.... Don't worry...no gambling for Jon and I!
