Better late than never.....Halloween

I hardly took any pictures on Halloween, which is very unlike me! It was an incredibly busy day!!!
First we went to Chuck E' Cheese for a friend's 3 kid's birthday party. I actually got a couple pics there, although they turned out a little blurry.

Here is Eli in his Dalmatian costume. :) I thought he was the cutest Dalmatian puppy ever! Especially with his hood up with the ears and his little black nose.

Kambria is Hannah Montana. We found the wig at Other Mothers so it is a little more tangled than I would like but it worked for her, it was cheaper, and it is only going to get worse as they play with it in the near future! :) We put together her outfit by some clothes that we already had and a few that we bought.

I didn't take any other pics through the day, which I am kicking myself for! But I did manage to take a few at the end of the night when we stopped at Grandma Pooh's house. :)

Pumpkin carving

Kambria went through 2 pumpkins this year and still didn't get to help carve one of her own. Poor girl, the first one that she got from Greenbluff got soft and went bad, so we bought her a new one at Winco, this is the one that daddy is about to open up in this pic below! When he got it open it was not a pretty site.....or smell!!!! It was definitely rotten! I thought about taking a pic of it but it was very gross! Its next home was the garbage bag tied tight and thrown in the garbage can! She was a pretty good sport about it though and decided she would share Eli's little one! Of course at his age he was okay with that! :) So we just had one little family pumpkin this year. :)

Kambria got to draw the face on the pumpkin.

Baby Update

I had my second dr. appointment and an ultrasound yesterday. It went really well! I am 10 weeks along so my official due date is now June 5th! :) The heart beat was a very strong 161 and the baby was moving around a lot! Kambria loved being able to see the baby in my tummy! She is as excited as can be! :) We were given some printed pics of the ultrasound but they didn't turn out very well since my bladder was so full.....despite me emptying it 20 minutes before hand! I might still try and post a couple but I have to get a hold of a scanner first. In another 10 weeks we will have another ultrasound to find out if we will have another little boy or girl. Kambria is sooooo sure she is going to have a little sister! :) LOL! We will see! So far this pregnancy has been a lot like hers, but I don't know if that means anything. :) We will be very excited either way! :)

Trying to catch up to our Fall

Once again I am playing catch up! Here are the pics taken and the things we have been doing for the last few weeks.

Kambria raking the leaves that fell from one of our trees in one windy morning!

After raking the leaves you have to play in them!!!

Jon sanding the siding to the house getting it ready to prime!

Me scraping the last little bits! The scraping is what has taken the longest! I am so glad we are about done!

Our kids, Audriana, and Emma from next door raking the leaves to play in them again.

It was a very cold day working outside on the house! This is how we tried to keep a little warm!

This is one of my favorite facial expressions that Eli makes! :)

Emma and Kambria trying to get warm by the fire!

For dinner we roasted hot dogs over the fire and then made smores for desert!

A couple days later Kambria and Emma + Madeleine and Kaden played in the leaves again! :) This time Kambria was buried in them!

Oh yeah! ....and Eli too! :)

Fun kids!

Kambria takes any opportunity to make an "angel" wherever she can. This time she is making a "leaf angel"

On Friday, the 16th, we went to our annual Greenbluff field trip with Grandma Pooh, Grandpa Mike, Auntie Adie, and all the kids from the daycare and who ever wants to go with us.

Kambria is telling me that there is "something gross" on the pumpkin. Because of the freeze and then quick warm up that we had, a lot of the pumpkins were soft and had gone bad. At least the smaller ones were that way.

Kambria, Danielle, Madeleine, and Eli

Grandpa Mike pushing all the girls in the handcart.

After the pumpkins we headed to the apple orchard to pick our own apples.

Eli entertained himself with some fun sticks! :)

Instead of a sandbox for the kids to play in they had a "pea" box! It was filled with dried peas!

Kambria once again making an angel .....a "pea"angel! :) Danielle thought it looked fun too! :)

News!.....+ the newest "ticker" being added

We are expecting baby #3! As far as I know I am 7 weeks along, but there is a possibility that I might be 11 weeks??? We won't find out for sure for 2 weeks when I will have my first ultrasound! Tonight in family home evening we are going to tell Kambria. She is going to be sooooooo excited!!!! Eli, on the other hand, he won't really understand, but even if he did I don't think he will be as excited. He loves babies and is pretty good with them, but it will be a big shock for him having to share his mommy and daddy! Well, at least we have a little over 7 months to try and prepare him as much as possible! I am excited for our little family to grow again! :)

Kambria's newest accomplishment!

Last week Kambria crossed the monkey bars all by herself! She was so excited!!! She wanted Daddy to go to the park with her all week, but he wasn't able to make it, until Friday when he got off a little early. Although it was very cold, we braved it for a little while so she could show daddy what she can do!

Eli loves his big sister, but he doesn't like it at all when she tries to hold him.

He does however, like when she pushes him on the swing! :)

ha ha! My shadow looks a little freaky!

Kambria's 5 year and Eli's 18month Pics! :)

I am so glad Misty caught pics of Eli smiling! ....or at least they look like smiles! He has such a cute smile and does it often, but of course when we try and take pics of him he decides to get whiny. Kambria was great this time! She cooperated more than she ever has before for pics! :)

Thanks again Misty!! :)
