Trying to catch up to our Fall

Once again I am playing catch up! Here are the pics taken and the things we have been doing for the last few weeks.

Kambria raking the leaves that fell from one of our trees in one windy morning!

After raking the leaves you have to play in them!!!

Jon sanding the siding to the house getting it ready to prime!

Me scraping the last little bits! The scraping is what has taken the longest! I am so glad we are about done!

Our kids, Audriana, and Emma from next door raking the leaves to play in them again.

It was a very cold day working outside on the house! This is how we tried to keep a little warm!

This is one of my favorite facial expressions that Eli makes! :)

Emma and Kambria trying to get warm by the fire!

For dinner we roasted hot dogs over the fire and then made smores for desert!

A couple days later Kambria and Emma + Madeleine and Kaden played in the leaves again! :) This time Kambria was buried in them!

Oh yeah! ....and Eli too! :)

Fun kids!

Kambria takes any opportunity to make an "angel" wherever she can. This time she is making a "leaf angel"

On Friday, the 16th, we went to our annual Greenbluff field trip with Grandma Pooh, Grandpa Mike, Auntie Adie, and all the kids from the daycare and who ever wants to go with us.

Kambria is telling me that there is "something gross" on the pumpkin. Because of the freeze and then quick warm up that we had, a lot of the pumpkins were soft and had gone bad. At least the smaller ones were that way.

Grandpa Mike pushing all the girls in the handcart.

After the pumpkins we headed to the apple orchard to pick our own apples.

Eli entertained himself with some fun sticks! :)

Instead of a sandbox for the kids to play in they had a "pea" box! It was filled with dried peas!

Kambria once again making an angel .....a "pea"angel! :) Danielle thought it looked fun too! :)
